CHINA’S TOURISM MARKET SAW STRONG COMEBACK IN 2021
Following the roll-out of covid vaccines, China’s tourism is making an exuberant return. Strong market performance was registered for the first three quarters of 2021.
China Tourism Academy made a conservatively optimistic projection for 2022 that domestic tourist arrivals will climb to 3.980 billion, contributing to a tourism revenue of 3.81 trillion yuan. Night tour economy and digital tourism will remain the two major buzzwords in 2022.
AAA 2021 drew to a successful end on May 12th, 2021 at China Import & Export Fair Complex, Guangzhou, after treating tens of thousands of industry players to a wonderful three-day trade fair to feel the vibrancy of China’s amusement and attraction market.
